April 01, 2025 Starting April 1, 2025 the 2025 Town and County Taxes will not be collected at the Town of Arcadia Tax Receivers Office. Please take your taxes to the Wayne County Treasures Office. 16 William St. Lyons, NY 14489 315-946-7441 Town of Arcadia Tax Office will reopen September of 2025.

Go to the internet to research sales (google recent sales near me) and assessment data for the Town of Arcadia (waynecountyny.gov/337/assessment rolls). 2. Submit a written request for an Informal Review. Indicate what you feel the MARKET VALUE of your property is together with documentation that supports your request. 3. Email or Mail your request for an Informal Review along with any supporting documentation to: Email: arcadia2@townofarcadia.org OR Mail: Town of Arcadia Assessor’s Office, 201 Frey Street, Newark, NY 14513. 4. The Assessor will review your request. You will be notified of his decision. IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A REVIEW WITHOUT APPEARING: If you wish to have your complaint reviewed WITHOUT APPEARING, form RP524 and supporting documentation must be received by the Assessor’s office no later than May 27th. |
